Since 2010, I have spoken at events, chaired conferences and delivered training workshops for over 5,000 Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, Secretaries and Admin Staff worldwide. My aim has always been to enable assistants to recognise - and work towards reaching - their full potential.
My training programmes have ranged from 1-hour seminars to week-long workshops, covering a list of around 50 topics relating to successfully running a busy administrative office: people skills, practical skills, problem-solving skills, planning and prioritising, etc. A number of testimonials for my training programmes can be found here.
Since 2014 prolonged ill health has dictated that I take a major step back from full-time work, resulting in my early semi-retirement. I am still available for one-off consultations or programmes though.
