ABOUT ME:

From early 2010 I have spoken at events, chaired conferences and delivered training workshops for more than 5,100 Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, Secretaries and Administrative Staff worldwide. I've also coached and mentored a number of Assistants to identify and work towards achieving their professional goals. From 2012 to 2020 I edited EDPA magazine (formerly known as NAHPA), plus I have edited / published 45 books (23 authored by me, the remainder by other writers) since 2015.

I've taken early retirement from full-time working - and now continue with my activities on a part-time basis. This includes writing books, providing virtual assistant services worldwide, creating training programmes (with webinars to come in the near future), offering psychotherapy and counselling plus coaching, as well as singing / public speaking / officiating as a celebrant for events. I am available globally for training consultations or programmes, plus I'm happy to take on shorter-term tasks such as book editing / creation.
